details a fully searchable database of all AHR nurses – and a great deal
more besides. It stores electronic copies of all their documents,
references, qualifications and resumes. It features photographs of
candidates and streaming video interviews which will play instantly on
any internet-enabled computer, anywhere in the world. The system has
been operational for more than eighteen months and has met with
universal acclaim from both employers and nurses. All AHR’s records on
any of its candidates are kept on NurseTracker™. Hospitals can log in at
their leisure to choose the candidates they wish to interview. Once the
successful candidates have accepted their job offers, hospitals can
monitor the progress of the immigration process at any time of the day
or night, simply by logging on an reading the most recent communication.
Likewise, nurses can log on at their convenience to check the progress
of their application. Privacy is ensured with each user being given a
